Simon began his career circa 1991 as a Management Consultant Recruiter , clients included IBM,HP and Accenture.
In the mid 90”s he ventured into the IT Recruitment to Recruitment where he set up and ran a successful headhunting business until sold in 2002.
In 2004 Simon set up Atlantic Executive with its sole aim to recruit into the Search Industry Globally. The business is now seen as the go to company for hiring Researchers through to Partners across EMEA – US and APAC Regions.
More recently Simon also has been instrumental in helping , advising and introducing search companies in the M&A space .
In his spare time Simon is an avid Liverpool FC fan which can sometimes be more stressful than work !
Tina began her recruitment career in the late 1980’s as an IT Recruitment Consultant, working IBM Mainframe marketplace for 5 years, before embarking on her career within the Recruitment to Recruitment marketplace. She was the co-founder of GHM Recruitment Ltd in 2001, which then merged with eg.1/Exemplia in 2005.
Tina joined Atlantic Executive in 2011 to develop market for Researchers & Associates across all sectors, within a variety of Tier1 and Boutique retained Executive Search companies based in London and overseas.
With over 25 years worth of recruitment experience, she brings a wealth of understanding and knowledge to both clients and candidates. In addition she has also developed a reputation for excellent service and delivery founded on strong market knowledge and a network that’s been cultivated over many years!
Tina specifically recruits researchers , associates and senior associates across all Sectors into both Tier 1 ,Tier 2 and Global Boutiques.
